Challenge:

In response to rapidly advancing technologies and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, this prominent bank faced multiple challenges:

  1. Technological Upgrade: The bank needed to implement new software systems, including anti-money laundering software. The challenge was to create a series of comprehensive courses on various aspects of this cutting-edge software, develop detailed scripts, and use the best methods possible to deliver the courses. The goal was to ensure employees could effectively use the new software to enhance security and compliance.
  2. Operational Changes: Due to the pandemic, the bank restructured its physical operations to adopt a more coworking-style environment. This required training staff on the new functionalities, understanding the new spaces, and learning how to schedule and use the facilities, from printers to new office layouts.
  3. Compliance Training: With the introduction of new regulations and compliance requirements, the bank needed to ensure that all employees were up-to-date with the latest industry standards. This required the development of specific compliance training modules that were both engaging and informative.
  4. Remote Onboarding: With an increasing number of employees working remotely, the bank faced the challenge of effectively onboarding new hires. The aim was to create an engaging and interactive remote onboarding program that could integrate new employees seamlessly into the organization.

Solution:

For the Technological Upgrade, we:

  • Developed a series of courses on the new anti-money laundering software, incorporating detailed scripts and video tutorials.
  • Created dynamic step-by-step animations and how-to guides where learners could practice using the software in a simulated environment.
  • Utilized engaging and interactive training modules to enhance learning and retention.

For theĀ Operational Changes, we:

  • Developed interactive training materials to help staff understand and adapt to the new coworking-style spaces.
  • Created detailed 3D structure mockups and virtual office tours, allowing employees to familiarize themselves with the new layouts and functionalities.
  • Produced tutorials on how to use and schedule new facilities, incorporating these into the training modules.

For Compliance Training, we:

  • Designed specialized training modules focused on the latest regulations and industry standards.
  • Incorporated quizzes and interactive scenarios to ensure understanding and retention of compliance information.

ForĀ Remote Onboarding, we:

  • Developed an engaging and interactive onboarding program that included virtual tours, introduction videos, and interactive modules to help new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
  • Utilized a variety of multimedia elements to create a welcoming and informative experience for remote employees.

Results:

Although these initiatives are fairly new, initial results have been very promising:
